Chef Marco, who trained in Tuscany and has over 20 years of culinary experience, will guide you through each step of the cooking process, sharing techniques, tips, and stories from Italian culinary tradition. You'll learn knife skills, pasta-making techniques, sauce preparation, and plating presentation.

The class includes all ingredients, equipment, recipes to take home, and wine pairings with your meal. Class size is limited to 12 participants to ensure personalized instruction. The evening concludes with everyone sitting down together to enjoy the meal you've prepared.
